Kahyi Today: 23/11/2012

Good Evening Everybody!!

We say good bye to November this coming week.
It's been lovely but I can not wait for December. :D
Mostly because, I'll be on vacation. :)

I must continue to say thank you to all of you that have cheered us on, both loudly and behind the scenes. :)
MaFashio is ever evolving and growing so I am especially proud to have all of you behind us.

We have a Brand New Challenge for all of our Lusaka City Dwellers!!! :)

It's really easy, all you have to do is send a picture of yourself in either: Denim, Neon, Lace, Chitenge Material, a random print(this could be Nautical, Animal, Tribal...etc).
This challenge is simply there to show us how creative you all can be as Zambians, you're allowed to mix and match these different materials, colours and fabrics to come up with something amazing.

As with the challenges before, your pictures should be sent via email, to:

wearemafashio@gmail.com

I must stress that this is open to both Male and Female. :)
Everyone participating has until Friday, the 30th of November, 2012 to send in your pictures.

The prize for top photo, is a surprise. :)

Here are a couple of pictures from past posts to give you some motivation. :)

Kahyi Today: 07/11/2012

Good Morning!!

Hope you are all well,
As you may have seen from the posts, the Ladies of MaFashio had a great time shooting with Silumesii Maboshe of Pencil Case Studios on the 27th of October, 2012.
We had two of our Dolls that won the MaFashio Photo shoot challenge Kunda and Nammy - join us and we were so pleased with them, they were simply exceptional.
I must inform you all that they styled themselves from head to toe. Impressive? I know.

I can not stress enough how wonderful it was to do this photo shoot with Pencil Case Studios.
Pencil Case Studios is an Originally Zambian and Zambian owned Photography studio owned by Silumesii Maboshe. for more information on how you too can work with him visit the following links:

We are looking forward to more Photo shoots of this nature in the coming weeks so keep your eyes peeled. :)
I would, again, like to extend invitations to all nascent and established photography houses that would love to work with MaFashio to feel free to email us: kayifunda@gmail.com and teeandeff@gmail.com.

Today I'm keeping it simple by rocking a pair of black jeggings, blue button-down shirt, a black waistcoat, and blue flats. Pulled together by an array of assorted bracelets and bangles. :)
